PC/ABS Alloy Compatibilizer

BT001 is a functional compatibilizer based on AS resin grafted with maleic anhydride (AS-g-MAH). Its reactive anhydride groups enhance interfacial bonding in styrene-containing systems (e.g., ABS, AS) through polarity matching. Designed with low odor and low dosage, it efficiently modifies fiber-reinforced and styrenic alloy systems. 

AG001 is an epoxy-based compatibilizer derived from AS resin grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (AS-g-GMA). Leveraging the strong reactivity of epoxy groups with polyester materials (e.g., PC, PBT, PET), it optimizes blend compatibility. Ideal for high-shear, high-filler processing scenarios, it balances transparency and stability. 

D038 is a core-shell compatibilizer designed for PC, ABS, and their alloy systems. By incorporating a blended anhydride active system, it significantly enhances material compatibility and low-temperature toughness. With low dosage, excellent dispersion, and minimal impact on flowability, it dramatically improves low-temperature impact strength, particularly in complex systems like PC/ABS and PC+OF, while also reducing haze for optical clarity.
